Coverage requests
Exchanges come online in launch order, and the order follows demand. If there is an exchange, an index or a set of symbols you need, tell us; it moves the queue. See what is live today on the markets page.
What to include for a faster answer
Tell us the exchange, the symbols or index, the date range, the resolution you need (daily or minute) and how you want it delivered: pages, REST or MCP. If the request is for a study, say what the study compares, so we can tell you whether the archive already answers it or whether it is a coverage request with a lead time.
Before contacting sales
Review the API documentation, check the exchange on the markets page, and compare plans on the pricing page. Minute history starts at the capture date for each symbol and is not backfilled, so ask for an exact coverage check when a specific start date is essential to your work.
Institutional and procurement
For procurement or an institutional review, include the expected users, the monthly request pattern, retention needs, and any requirement for a data dictionary or a sample export. Do not send credentials or private keys by email. A minimal description of the inputs and the output fields is enough to begin.
